Pick your format — step-by-step text or a video walkthrough.
After pressing Start in the bot, tap ⚙️ Settings — this opens the SpotRent Mini App directly inside Telegram.
In the Filters tab, enter your maximum monthly rent and choose the minimum number of bedrooms. Leave either blank to skip.
Tap the Dublin button to expand all 22 postal districts. Pick specific ones or select All Dublin. You can also pick other Irish counties.
Switch to Keywords. Under Must include add words like parking or ensuite. Under Must exclude add words like no pets or students only.
Hit Save Filters. SpotRent starts scanning immediately. When a match appears you’ll get a Telegram message with title, price, area, and a direct link.
The Status tab shows your plan, listings sent today, and a toggle to pause or resume alerts. Settings are always saved.
